Practise the R commands used in Higher Applications of Mathematics. Mini R simulates the small part of R you need: write code, run it, read the console and create plots.

Mini R is a practice tool, not a replacement for RStudio. Mini R must not be used in exams, prelims or other formal assessments. Teachers should ensure that pupils also receive adequate practice using the desktop version of RStudio.

Mini R is a focused learning environment for the R commands used in Qualifications Scotland Higher Applications of Mathematics. It simulates a limited selection of R and RStudio features rather than the full software.

Valid R outside the supported command set may not run, and some outputs and graphs may differ from RStudio.

Exam practice: The bank contains 75 questions: 67 original Visual Maths Builder questions and 8 official Qualifications Scotland questions. The Export question option can create a Word question and teacher answer, allowing pupils to build a complete response using copied Mini R/RStudio output and graphs.
